Hi, I got it all removed, but I’m still getting pop-ups and red screens on my internet that my websites are dangerous and should be blocked… what did I miss?

I’m having the same problem as Addy here. I searched all of the files and they seem to be gone, but I still get pop-ups saying that the websites I visit are potentially harmful. I downloaded a tool, but every tool wants me to subscribe or pay, I just want it off. Please HELP!!!
