I have this copyright virus I can’t access anything behind this screen saying I voilated some law how do I remove this off my pc

i got this new copyright virus and i cant access anything beyond the screen tht loads stating ive violated some laws.. how can i remove this, remember i cant get into windows.. plz and thank you so much!!

I got this Alpha antivirus on my laptop I tried taskmanger it still blocked even when i deletd it it with end process.I try to get on help me it blocks me form every site

I went to task manager and deleted process named Anti – Virus Pro 2010 and everything is good. Changed the name of antivirus 2010 files in Program files as unable to delete them. Fantastic Removeonline.
